● Subscribers must fill out names as they want it to appear on their purchase documents. Any modification required on the documents after issuance may attract a fee.
● Acknowledge that this document in itself does not create a binding sale of the plot/house but only for reservation purpose, until the intended purchaser makes a deposit before a binding contract is commenced. A contract of sale agreement shall be isued in favour of the purchaser, reflecting in details the conditions agreed upon after the first initial deposit is made. Purchaser should pay in their names or put a narration in their payment and also notify account officers of every payment made.
● A minimum of 70% deposit will be required before a plot will be allotted and reserved. The holding sum shall be paid into CCDL account for the property being purchased by the purchaser, which will reflect on the contract of sale as part of the deposit. Details of CCDL account is supplied on this expression/reservation form. No cash transaction is allowed. Payment can only be by cheque or bank transfer.
● All development will be subject to the Estate/State Government development guidelines and made available with the con- tract of sales.If the Purchaser has outstanding payment(s) as at the time its payment plan expires, he/she will be automatically moved to the next payment plan and the current price will apply. Also note: the vendor reserves the right to reallocate the purchaser to another available plot.
● That all sum paid during the term of this transaction by the Purchaser was not obtained through fraud or any fraudulent means.
● Kindly note that for individuals paying 5 million or Corporate bodies paying 10 million and above at once into the com- panies account, a copy of their valid I.D card is required to be attached to this form while submitting. If the purchaser(s) for any reason during the validity of the contract decides to discontinue from the agreement/pur- chases, he/she shall forfeit 20% of the total purchase price of the contract & forfeit 50% of the total purchase price when the contract has elapsed to cover any cost of incidentals incurred by the vendor and the refund shall be subject to the time the property is resold and full payment made by the new purchaser.
